We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Harper and Mix jewellery. If, after you receive it, you decide you would prefer to exchange for a different item, please contact us via the 'contact us' page and we'll do our best to make it right.


Returns
Our returns policy is 30 from when payment is received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the order ID number and full name of the person who purchased it. 

Where the following situation arises, only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to via your original method of payment, within 7 business days. 


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and in some cases exchange one product for another of equal price.  If you need to exchange an item, contact us via the 'contact us' page with your full name and order number.

Shipping
Please contact us via email to organise a shipping return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
